I did a search on when was the Remembrance day 11th Nov, first made statutory holiday in New Brunswick, and I couldn't find any particular information on the internet. Based on my searches, I came to a rough guess conclusion which would put the first date at 11 November 1931.

The holiday status of remembrance day in 1967 would have been a full holiday. Unlike some other provinces in Canada, New Brunswick does recognize Remembrance day as full statutory holiday.
