It is not possible to pay for your Toronto Utility, Waste and Water bill using your credit card because the City of Toronto is not accepting this form of payment as of yet. Only the other options of payment like Online banking through your financial institutions banks, Cheque Mail - In, and In person (Can use cash, debit or cheque for In-Person) are accepted.
