Which five banks are the largest in Canada?

When it comes to opening a bank account and getting good services with plenty of bank branches, I was wondering which bank should I go for? I am interested in opening a chequing account but I do not want to have to maintain a high minimum balance monthly and the amount of transaction allowed should be reasonable and not too less.
