I found that Shoppers Drugmart has products that could be quite expensive compared to other places. Items such as Prescription drugs, Vitamins, Supplements, Beauty products, Food supplies, Toilet utilities, Medical supplies are expensive unless they are on sale. Is it because they have this Shoppers Optimum points system that is driving up the cost of their products?

Food basic definitely has cheaper prescription drugs and other items. Most items in food basic even though without being on sale, is still cheaper than items at shoppers drugmart's items on sale.
