Netflix Canada does allow multiple people to watch at different times, so long as they don't all watch Netflix together at the same time. When you sign up for Netflix, you can choose to have the options of having number of people watching at the same time. The more it allows people to watch at same time, the more expensive the plans will be. You can watch Netflix on your TV, Tablet, Mobile Phone, Desktop computers or laptops. The best part of it is that you can resume and continue where you left off in any of the mentioned devices.
Watching Netflix also doesn't restrict you on your location address. For example, you don't have to be in your home to be able to watch Netflix. In fact, you could be anywhere in Canada and still be able to watch your Netflix and continue from where you left off. But i believe that you can't watch Netflix when you are in United States if you have a Canadian Subscription. And, you can't fool the Netflix into believing you are still in Canada and watching Netflix in Canada when you are actually travelling in United States. Some people use software to make their location appear as if they are logging in from Canada but i think Netflix had banned such practices and your account could be in trouble if you do that. But who knows, Netflix Canada might have changed their rules recently and they might have been less strict now, due to heavy competition from other streaming companies coming up recently.
