There are several oil you can use to control hair loss and even regrow some of your lost hair. They are coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, and lavender oil. Not all of them works for everyone. Experiment with each of them one by one and see which one suits you the most.
For me personally, coconut oil works great for my hair. It is a known fact that whatever hair is lost cannot be grown back but at least you can attempt to maintain whatever amount of hair is left in your hair scalp. To look if coconut oil sold in the market are real or fake, put the bottle of coconut oil in a slightly colder place and watch if it turns semi hard or not. If it does, then it is real coconut oil, though be mindful, the process of turning semi hard takes time.
2 hours before showering, you should apply coconut oil on your hair and gently rub them all over your head scalp making sure that all places are covered. Then shower off your hair either with a mild shampoo or just hot water. You should be able to notice how much your hair shines after this. Do this daily but make sure not to apply too much of coconut oil either, because too much can clog your hair follicles pores.
Ever wonder why some people living in the southern parts of India have lots of hair and so thick? I asked some of them one day and the answer was they like to use coconut oil and they love to eat coconut food item as well. Not everyone love the taste of coconut food item but if you do, that is a plus point too.
